Customer development Manager
As a customer development manager you evaluate the product and create the processes, tools and procedures behind it.
When users build parts of our platform, you’re right there alongside ensuring processes are repeatable and controlled.
You collaborate with customers to determine their needs and product specifications.
Your work ensures the various pieces of Wanton Luxury platform fit together perfectly and keep our systems humming along smoothly for a seamless user experience.
Be responsible for customers process support and acquisition, as well as quality support, when challenges arise. Oversee line process qualification and build support, process analysis tracking, and review with customers in order to drive continuous improvement.
Communicate frequently with management teams.
Audit, problem-solve, and conduct analysis and issue resolution activities that enhance and maintain customer-outgoing quality.
Establish quality goals and drive continuous quality and reliability improvements with customers.
We believe in skills rather than in academic certificates.
3 years of relevant experience in Luxury.
Excellent management, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to create strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
5 years of experience in the field of Luxury with high-volume customers.
Experience working with luxury brands.
Understanding of web design.
Effective leadership, with consultation skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel abroad as required.
